Free Shipping Information:
Orders over $60 qualify for Free shipping! You will find the Free Shipping option within the shipping
drop down box found in your shopping cart. Simply make that choice when checking out. If you do
not see the Free Shipping option, it is because...

Some exceptions do apply with the Free Shipping Promotion:

  • Weight Limit of 15 pounds
  • Ground and US Postal Services only
  • Heat Presses and Accessories Excluded

    Overnight, 2nd Day Air or Express Mail not available with Free Shipping - You can still choose these
    expedited shipping options for delivery at the estimated prices displayed along side those options.

    You will find most purchases over $60 that you are considering do qualify for the Free Shipping. The above
    exceptions are in place to protect from the extreme few who would choose to take advantage of the promotion.
    In addition, the above list of exemptions is not all inclusive and subject to change without written notice on PrintOnIt.com.

    PLEASE NOTE: We strive to get orders shipped out the same day they are received, but unfortunately stock runs low or is depleted at times. If you need your order shipped to you in a hurry to meet a project deadline or are expecting your order to arrive on a certain date....please contact us at 1-800-762-4789 to inquire about product availability. Our normal procedure is...if you order an item that is out-of-stock, we will place your order on hold until the out-of-stock item has become available again. We will ship your order as soon as the out-of-stock item arrives. In most cases, the wait is around a week, but sometimes can be longer. If you order an item that is out of stock, we will e-mail you and let you know so we can switch to a different color or item. We offer a variety of shipping options through the US Postal Service and Ground service. Shipping charges vary depending on the package weight and destination and the method of shipping you choose. If you would like a shipping estimate on the items you are interested in, just place the item(s) in the shopping cart and when you view your cart you can type in your zip code for a shipping estimate. You will be able to view the charges and options as you proceed through our checkout.

    NOTE: Shipping to Canada is by Ground only and customs fees may be charged when your package crosses the border. We have no control over these charges.

    If you wish to be able to track your package, you need to choose Ground as your shipping method. All Ground orders must be delivered to a physical address, no P.O. Boxes are allowed.

    USPS Express Mail provides overnight delivery to most locations, but not all. If you need your order next day, you may wish to check with your post office first to see if it is one or two day delivery for Express Mail from zip code 58554, or you may want to choose Next Day Ground, which is overnight to all locations.

    Shipping cut off time is 3:00 p.m. central time, Monday through Thursday, and 1:00 p.m. central time on Fridays. Any orders received after these times will be processed the next business day.

    We may, at our discretion, change the method of shipping to provide the best possible service and get your products delivered in the best possible condition.

    Insurance is optional. All products shipped without insurance are at the buyer's risk.
